A company is looking for a Director of Global Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing for all employees
• Manage payroll accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Drive automation and process improvements while overseeing third-party payroll providers and vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive payroll experience, with 5+ years in global payroll operations
• Deep expertise in payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance
• Hands-on knowledge of payroll/accounting systems and advanced skills in Google Suite and Excel
• Technical capability in SQL and data warehousing concepts, with a focus on automation
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (CPA and/or CPP preferred)
