Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivering features and products in complex financial environments (e.g., Oracle, Anaplan, Zuora)
• Hands-on software engineering and leadership experience, including system architecture and team development
• Technical expertise in scalable, compliant financial platform design and decision-making
• Ability to influence executive decision-makers and align diverse stakeholders
• Experience with Agile methodologies in regulated financial systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance
