Key Responsibilities

  • Administer benefits and 401(k) plans, including onboarding new hires and processing contributions
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or payroll administration
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and benefits administration across multiple states
  • Proficiency in accounting and financial management software (QuickBooks, ADP, HubSpot)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
