Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable by preparing and tracking client invoicing and auditing invoice line items
- Process payroll biweekly for employees and affiliates, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations
- Administer benefits and 401(k) plans, including onboarding new hires and processing contributions
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a related field preferred
- 3+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or payroll administration
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and benefits administration across multiple states
- Proficiency in accounting and financial management software (QuickBooks, ADP, HubSpot)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
