Financial Systems Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Systems Program Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of its financial systems roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the financial systems roadmap across Oracle and non-Oracle platforms
• Coordinate and manage the full project lifecycle for financial systems initiatives
• Champion continuous improvement of financial systems processes and manage vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• 8+ years of relevant work experience, including 5+ years in program or project management for financial systems
• Experience with Enterprise Financial Systems (ERP) such as Oracle Cloud
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable business impact
• Experience working with a range of financial applications and connecting system capabilities to finance needs
