Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Loan Processor.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with vendors to obtain necessary documentation and verify orders
• Review and analyze borrower's credit, income, and assets before submitting files to underwriting
• Prepare loan approval summaries and ensure compliance with mortgage regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent experience required
• 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience
• Experience with renovation and/or new construction lending
• Familiarity with automated Loan Origination Systems, particularly Encompass LOS
• Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage lending regulations
