Senior Manager, Financial Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis - International.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee annual budgeting and financial forecasting processes
• Prepare detailed reports and analyses to support business operations across all regions
• Lead and mentor the FP&A team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
• At least 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance planning and analysis
• Advanced/Fluent English is Mandatory
• Knowledge of financial systems such as Microsoft Business Central, Job Costing
• Demonstrated experience in leading FP&A processes in a corporate environment
