Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Commercial Digital Banking Product Specialist to manage and enhance digital banking products for commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage deployment, improvement, and maintenance of commercial digital channels and products
• Oversee quality assurance and analyze performance and client satisfaction of digital commercial products
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and effective communication with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital banking, focusing on commercial banking
• Strong understanding of commercial banking products and services
• Experience with Q2 banking commercial suite of products is preferred
• Must be bondable and have reliable internet access of 50MBPS
