Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Fulfillment Documentation Specialist - SBA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct due diligence on SBA loan parties and ensure compliance with SBA Standard Operating Procedures
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to facilitate a smooth loan closing process
  • Prepare and maintain closing checklists and ensure all loan documentation meets regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
  • Associate Degree or equivalent experience in business or administration (Required)
  • 5+ years of knowledge in commercial lending functions, focusing on SBA loan programs (Required)
  • 5+ years of experience with attorney closings and review of commercial loan documents (Required)
  • 4+ years of paralegal experience related to legal review of commercial loan documentation (Required)
  • Paralegal certification is preferred
