Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Credit Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze loan application documents for completeness and compliance
• Prepare detailed credit memorandums and conduct underwriting calls with borrowers
• Coordinate third-party reports and address credit approval conditions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' experience in credit analysis and underwriting of commercial loans
• Completion of a formal bank Credit Training Program or RMA Credit Courses
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or Economics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Experience with SBA 7A and/or 504 Credit & Underwriting preferred
