- Translate complex financial compensation models into clear technical requirements and actionable insights
- Collaborate with various departments to evaluate physician relationships and ensure regulatory compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Experience with SQL, including writing and optimizing queries
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data visualization
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
