Operations Finance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Finance Analyst / Cost Accountant to join their manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and support for manufacturing operations, cost accounting, and operational efficiency initiatives
• Analyze production costs, conduct variance analysis, and identify margin improvement opportunities
• Support budgeting and forecasting for operational departments including production, supply chain, and logistics

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of manufacturing experience with a focus on factory cost accounting
• Minimum 3 years of ERP experience
• At least 4 years of overall experience with a strong background in cost accounting and product analysis
• Experience with multi-currency operations
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling
