Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Manager to oversee financial activities and support corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the timely submission of monthly results and forecasts, providing relevant business commentary
• Lead the annual Profit Plan and Strategic Plan processes, preparing presentations for executive review
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive policy improvements and manage restructuring programs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Accounting from an accredited institution
• At least five (5) years of progressive experience in accounting/finance
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
• Preferred: Master's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
• Preferred: CPA or CMA certification, with ten (10) years of experience in accounting/finance
