Financial Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Operations Specialist to support financial management activities for a health supply chain program.

Key Responsibilities

• Track initiatives and tasks to ensure streamlined workflow and accurate record keeping
• Maintain a schedule of key reconciliations and develop tools for task visibility and prioritization
• Coordinate annual budget development, reforecasts, and analysis of budget realization

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Ability to work across a matrixed organization and influence teams
• Prior experience with accounting policies in an international organization preferred
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
