CPA Lead Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Financial Analyst to support strategic decision-making and enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with senior leadership to analyze financial performance and guide pricing and resource allocation decisions
• Develops and presents financial reports and forecasts to align operational plans with company goals
• Ensures compliance with financial regulations and mentors junior team members in financial analysis best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of public audit accounting experience, CPA required; Big 4 experience strongly preferred
• 2+ years in corporate FP&A; public/Fortune 500 experience strongly preferred
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and decision-support experience
• Advanced Excel skills (modeling, scenario analysis, data manipulation)
