Loan Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processor to manage loan documentation and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets before submitting to underwriting
• Assemble and verify the complete loan package for underwriting and ensure compliance with mortgage-related regulations
• Document all communication related to the loan application and assist in training new Loan Processors

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience
• Experience with Encompass and knowledge of RESPA regulations preferred
• Familiarity with DU, LP, Microsoft Office, and Windows
• Experience with SONYMA loans is preferred
