Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chargeback and Risk Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze transactional data for potential fraudulent activity
• Review and respond to chargebacks and payment disputes across multiple processors
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather information for chargeback analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Over 2 years of proven experience in chargebacks and fraud prevention
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, including Advanced Excel
• Knowledge of Tableau or PowerBi
• Self-driven and motivated to continuously learn and improve
