CPA Business Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Controller (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee internal financial management, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Manage the financial team, including hiring, training, and conducting performance reviews
• Prepare financial analyses for contract negotiations and monitor monthly results against budgets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance
• 10+ years of relevant finance and accounting experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role
• Experience in financial reporting and understanding of GAAP
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
• Master's Degree in Accounting is preferred
