A company is looking for a Funding Coordinator to ensure accurate loan funding and efficient closing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate wire transfers to disburse loan funds and review closing documents for accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of daily duties and maintain service level standards
- Register loans in the MERS system and manage funding fees and mortgage insurance payments
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in mortgage processing, closing, or post-closing
- Meticulous and quality-focused with a strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage pressure effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
