Job Summary
A company is looking for a Financial Aid Coordinator to manage financial aid processes and support incoming students.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for incoming students and families regarding financial aid
- Design and host workshops on financial aid offerings and coordinate communication of financial aid processes
- Review and process student financial aid applications, finalize aid packages, and maintain financial records
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer service role; experience in university admissions or financial aid preferred
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required
- Experience with financial systems and data visualization tools preferred
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including Pivot tables and VLOOKUPS required
