Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Integrity Analyst I who will focus on charge capture and compliance for assigned service lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data and develop reports to recommend enhancements for revenue practices
• Monitor coding and charge capture trends to improve team performance and ensure compliance
• Provide education and guidance on charge capture accountability and revenue monitoring

Required Qualifications and Education

• Experience in a detail-oriented role with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a clinical operational area or revenue integrity team
• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle or clinical operations
• Frequent interaction with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in finance, healthcare management, data science, or a related field
