Job Summary
A company is looking for a Treasury Service Specialist to manage day-to-day operations of treasury products and client servicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for commercial clients to support their day-to-day servicing needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries and improve the client experience
- Prepare and coordinate customer documentation and assist with the implementation of Treasury Management products
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- 5+ years of customer service experience, preferably in banking or financial services
- Knowledge of Cash Management products and services
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Experience in managing client relationships and resolving issues
