Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Director to establish core processes, reporting, and analysis for the Growth team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and monitor the annual budget process, analyzing financial data to identify trends and mitigate risk
• Support FP&A and business case development in partnership with finance to drive business outcomes
• Communicate finance outcomes and key decision points to leadership and assist with ad-hoc projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; Master's Degree is a plus
• 12+ years of experience in finance, strategy, and/or healthcare
• Proficient in Excel and advanced proficiency with Google suite of products
• Advanced financial modeling skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
