Associate Director of FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and consolidation of management reporting packages to ensure accuracy and actionable insights
• Support the centralization and streamlining of financial reporting processes and establish a scalable reporting framework
• Oversee the creation and improvement of automated reporting tools and dashboards, while mentoring junior team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
• 8+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience in a global or matrixed organization
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with experience in Adaptive Insights, Workday, or Power BI
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience in a finance environment
• Proven ability to build relationships across cultures and time zones
