Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Assume financial control of assigned departments and review funding expenditures
• Establish management and administrative controls for grants, contracts, and research funding
• Advise investigators on funding availability and ensure compliance with grants management rules

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a related field, preferably in research administration
• Knowledge of federal agency regulations and policies applicable to sponsored programs
• Mid to sophisticated level skills in Microsoft Office and business intelligence tools like Tableau or Cognos
• Ability to maintain discretion with confidential information
• Experience in developing and managing budgets and projecting expenditures
