Senior Vice President of Fintech

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President, Fintech and Business Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full P&L for Fintech, Business Solutions, and Risk, driving sustainable growth
• Define long-term vision and execute growth strategies across financial services and business solutions
• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, develop investment cases, and drive new product initiatives

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in fintech, payments, lending, insurance, or related industries
• Proven track record of P&L ownership, business building, and cross-functional leadership
• Expertise in evaluating and managing partnerships, including commercial negotiations
• Strong understanding of credit, fraud, regulatory risk, and loss prevention strategies
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
