VP of FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of FP&A for Network Infrastructure / Security Software.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the company through a successful sale/transaction, interfacing with the PE Sponsor and the buyer
• Quickly gain a deep understanding of the business, including forecasting, sales cycles, and revenue recognition
• Lead P&L reporting and forecasting processes while managing a team of approximately 15

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years in FP&A/Leadership with a focus on forecasting and financial analysis
• Experience in Network Infrastructure/Security Software companies, particularly with on-prem solutions
• Experience in organizations with 500+ employees and over $200M in revenue
• Background in working with Private Equity Sponsors, including M&A and capital raising
• Experience in banking, consulting, or advisory roles is a plus
