Senior Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mergers and Acquisitions Data Analyst Senior or Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct data-driven finance integration activities for mergers and acquisitions
• Perform accounting and finance due diligence, and support post-merger integration projects
• Identify current state functions, perform gap analysis, and develop a commonality roadmap

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of six years of analytical work experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience
• Experience with financial integration activities is preferred
• Understanding of treasury functions such as banking and cash management is preferred
