Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Strategy Compensation Manager to enhance sales incentive and compensation strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive compensation plans aligned with sales objectives and business goals
  • Collaborate with Finance and stakeholders to ensure accurate administration of sales compensation plans
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine compensation models and provide regular reports to senior management
Required Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in GTM Operations, including Sales Compensation and Financial Analysis
  • Preferred BS degree in business or finance
  • Proven experience in Sales Compensation design and process improvement
  • Knowledge of sales compensation plan structures and experience with compensation tools like Xactly or Salesforce SPIFF
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus
