A company is looking for a GTM Strategy Compensation Manager to enhance sales incentive and compensation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive compensation plans aligned with sales objectives and business goals
- Collaborate with Finance and stakeholders to ensure accurate administration of sales compensation plans
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine compensation models and provide regular reports to senior management
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in GTM Operations, including Sales Compensation and Financial Analysis
- Preferred BS degree in business or finance
- Proven experience in Sales Compensation design and process improvement
- Knowledge of sales compensation plan structures and experience with compensation tools like Xactly or Salesforce SPIFF
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus
