• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews across business units

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
• 10+ years managing and developing high-performing finance teams
• Strong technical expertise in finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control
• CRO or global life sciences industry experience preferred
