Finance Transformation Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Transformation Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to transform Finance processes in alignment with organizational goals
• Measure ROI and allocate resources to projects with the highest potential for value creation
• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate, select, and implement new technologies and automation tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration; CFA or CPA certification is a plus
• 8+ years of experience in finance, including roles in Finance transformation
• Proven track record of leading complex Finance transformation initiatives
• Experience with implementing technology solutions in Finance, including GenAI and RPA
• Strong understanding of Finance processes, systems, and best practices
