Financial Reporting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Reporting Manager who excels at the intersection of accounting, analysis, and insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in alignment with internal deadlines and external requirements
• Lead and own the full month-end close process, including journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses to support decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred but not required
• 5-8+ years of progressive experience in accounting and financial reporting
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and month-end close processes
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; experience with ERP systems preferred
• AI-curious mindset with an interest in using automation tools to streamline workflows
