Senior Director NQ Funding Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director Funding Strategy & NQ Deferred Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in nonqualified informal funding strategies, particularly COLI products
• Lead a team providing pre- and post-sale consulting related to informal funding strategies
• Manage relationships with life insurance carriers and oversee the revenue of the NQ COLI insurance book of business

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience
• 10+ years of industry experience
• High-level knowledge of NQ products, including COLI and the financial services industry
• FINRA Series 6, 26, and 63, and Life Insurance licenses within established timelines
• Demonstrated experience in navigating complex organizations and managing employees
