Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support strategic financial operations in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of business performance drivers and support strategic initiatives
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including GAAP and Proforma statements
• Lead M&A integration efforts and prepare related pro forma financials

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (CPA or CMA preferred)
• 6-8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial reporting
• Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in PowerPoint and Word
• Experience with NetSuite and Adaptive Planning preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and Proforma reporting
