Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the administration of RSU grants and ESPP transactions, ensuring timely processing
- Collaborate with finance and HR teams to maintain accurate stock plan participant records
- Prepare reports for internal audits and respond to employee inquiries regarding equity compensation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience with Equity Edge Online is preferred
