Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Trading.

Key Responsibilities

• Design workflows, tools, and controls for the internal trading desk
• Develop and deploy liquidity-provision, arbitrage, and market-making algorithms
• Oversee and optimize the management of $20M+ in stablecoin liquidity

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience on a prop- or institutional trading desk, preferably in crypto
• Proven track record in arbitrage or liquidity provision
• Strong knowledge of DeFi, AMMs, and on-chain execution
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar liquidity pools
