Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level financial support including budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis
• Collaborate with leadership to align financial plans with operational priorities and improve financial performance
• Lead special projects to enhance internal financial processes and systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare or complex organizational finance environment
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with enterprise financial systems
• Experience with Mass General Brigham tools strongly preferred
