Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Finance Manager to manage a team responsible for finance strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee team activities, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and management reporting processes
• Produce complex financial reports and manage special projects for senior management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in staffing, training, development, and performance management
• Leadership skills to motivate teams and achieve operational targets
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Intermediate math skills for financial calculations
