• Oversee provider credentialing processes and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
• Drive process improvements and optimize revenue cycle performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare billing or revenue cycle management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of billing processes, coding, and healthcare regulations
• Experience with billing software and electronic health records (EHR)
• Certifications such as Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS) preferred
