CPA Licensed Director of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Accounting & Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the accurate and timely close of the company's financials to meet monthly reporting requirements
• Manage AP/AR/Cash processes and develop company policies around financial reporting using US GAAP
• Lead financial analysis and support company M&A efforts to ensure proper financial planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with a CPA
• 7+ years of hands-on accounting experience for private and/or public companies
• 5+ years of FP&A experience for SaaS-based companies
• ERP proficiency with NetSuite desired
