A company is looking for a Revenue Optimization Analyst responsible for identifying and addressing revenue cycle opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and modify revenue cycle reports by analyzing large datasets related to claims and revenue trends
• Develop queries and perform root cause analyses to identify revenue optimization opportunities
• Partner with revenue cycle leadership to implement data-driven strategies that enhance financial performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or accounting preferred
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare billing, reimbursement, or revenue cycle management
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with SQL and Tableau preferred
• Proven ability to extract, manipulate, and interpret complex datasets
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools and healthcare claim data
