Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Finance who will oversee financial operations and reporting while driving efficiency and productivity across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a key advisor to the CEO, COO, and Board on growth strategies and operational excellence
• Implement processes for real-time forecasting, reporting, and vendor management
• Support department leaders with financial insights and oversee accounting operations to ensure compliance with GAAP

Qualifications & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A, preferably in a high-growth startup or SaaS environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and experience with financial reporting and audits
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes
• Familiarity with global financial operations and comfort with financial systems and tools
