A company is looking for a Financial Operations/Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage treasury and token operations, ensuring compliance with vesting schedules and grant programs
• Prepare financial reports and dashboards, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
• Lead monthly and quarterly close processes, ensuring accurate financial statements and reconciliations

Required Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in financial control, accounting, or finance operations
• Experience in crypto treasury management and digital asset reporting
• Familiarity with Web3, blockchain ecosystems, or high-growth tech startups
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
