Contract Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analysis & Controls (Contract) professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage finance readiness status of termination lists and support prioritization efforts
• Collaborate with the Corporate, External, and Legal Affairs (CELA) team to provide accounting guidance and support for the legal step plan
• Create comprehensive legal entity termination accounting plans and oversee liquidation equity accounting tasks

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of overall experience in accounting or finance, preferably with budget considerations
• A degree in accounting or finance is required, with a preference for an accounting degree
• Strong accounting skills, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Proficiency in compiling financial statements
• Ability to read and interpret legal documents accurately
