Head of Financial Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning
• Build and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting and strategic scenarios
• Define and operationalize key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare financial materials for executive communication

Required Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance at a high-growth software company
• Expertise in building and managing complex 3-statement financial models
• Strong analytical skills; fluent in Excel/Sheets and SQL
• Experience with AI tools to enhance finance workflows
• Familiarity with SaaS or usage-based revenue models and core financial metrics
