A company is looking for a Financial Consultant to provide personalized retirement planning consultations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations to assist customers with retirement planning needs
- Educate customers on available plan specifics and distribution options to retain current assets
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, addressing service requests and resolving issues related to retirement goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- Demonstrated success in performance/goal-oriented roles, ideally in asset growth and retention
- Current FINRA licenses or ability to obtain FINRA 7 & 63 registrations
- Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities
- Experience handling stressful situations and managing various customer interactions
