Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize the finance team while collaborating across functions
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators in partnership with senior leadership
• Create financial forecasting tools and manage the budgeting lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in finance, including investment banking or corporate finance
• Experience with M&A transactions and strategic financial initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• Strong understanding of financial modeling and accounting principles
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SQL and large data sets
