Vice President of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Finance focused on Long Range Financial Planning and Capital.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-range financial plans and capital expenditure plans
• Provide strategic financial support and advice to executive leadership
• Evaluate financial viability of capital projects and oversee annual capital budgeting

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years in Strategic Finance, with 7+ years in a leadership role
• Public Accounting or relevant accounting experience
• Experience in educational publishing is a plus
• M&A experience is a plus
• Degree in Accounting or Finance; Master's preferred
