Corporate FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate FP&A Manager to lead and manage financial planning cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and growth opportunities
• Lead the FP&A process, coordinating forecasts and collaborating with business unit finance leads
• Conduct financial analysis of variances and present actionable insights to management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CPA, CFA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably in fintech or financial services
• Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with financial planning software, ideally Pigment
• Experience with SQL and business intelligence tools, such as Tableau, is preferred
