Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Financial Affairs Analyst to join their Budget and Resource Planning team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, and implement training courses for the Budget Office
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including budget variance reports
• Provide strategic consultation and guidance on financial or compliance issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 6 years of experience in finance with a focus on planning, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Strong knowledge of financial policies and procedures
• Proficiency in financial software tools such as Microsoft Excel and Adaptive planning tool
• Ability to evaluate and improve business processes
