Investor Relations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Investor Relations Manager to drive key investor communications and analyze market trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Support quarterly earnings call materials and logistics, including presentations and financial reporting
• Review sell-side analyst notes and prepare executive summaries to analyze financial models
• Perform valuation analysis on the company's stock and track investor metrics for senior management

Required Qualifications

• B.S. or above degree in Business, Finance, or Economics
• Experience with financial modeling and analytical skills
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior leadership
• MBA or CFA is preferred
• Experience with press releases and financial documents is ideal
